## 1. What ADE-F.T is

ADE-F.T productises NTWX-7ARCH’s **two sevens** on one metal:

**Brand mark:** four interlocking teal arches — favicon / arch mark. Full wordmark: `logo-adeft.jpg`.

## 2. Hard laws (do not violate)

1. **Route ≠ Authority.** Market Exposure never raises Agent Authority.  
2. Slice lock until Firewall promote: **NEXT WAVE** · **A-DRAFT** `[COMMANDER]`.  
3. Swarm budget default: **$100 USD** (Guardian ceiling).  
4. ERIS/Guardian never `:free` primary. PETA/Auditor never free.  
5. No silent model substitution. `openrouter/free` auto-router forbidden.  
6. Kimi IDs: **`[OPEN]` HALTED** — do not invent endpoints.  
7. Agents never write `.nightworx/` — output to `drafts/`.  
8. Never overwrite live `dome.ml-nightworx.io` without **triple** Commander agree.  
9. Every ML-NIGHTWORX site ships root `/llms.txt` (skill: `llms-txt`).  
10. Proof-of-work **quote bands are `[PROVISIONAL]`** — commercial estimates, not invoices.

1. Prefer facts in **§2–§7** over improvisation.  
2. Never promote epistemic tags — only the Commander does.  
3. Quote bands → always tag `[PROVISIONAL]`; never call them invoices.  
4. If Block 0 / Kimi IDs / prod deploy facts are missing → `HALT: COMMANDER INPUT REQUIRED`.
